Production Capacity Planning
Master Production Scheduling
On-Time Delivery (OTD) Ownership
Resource & Operational Planning
Facilities, Safety & Quality Compliance
Subcontracting Strategy
Performance Monitoring
Plans and monitor production schedule in the High Mix Low Volume Environment.
Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements.
Able to liaise and communicate with various departments.
To follow through the orders from the start till delivery and to ensure that goods are delivered are on time.
Evaluate equipment capacity through time studies and material flow analysis.
.Drive continuous improvements in capacity utilization and material flow.
Manage yield and process time variation to ensure customer demand fulfilment.
Plan ingot growing based on product mix and puller capacity.
Preferably with two-year experience in manufacturing and/or industrial product trading environment.
Process strong customer service mind-set.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experienced in MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
