Our client is one of the major players in the semiconductor back-end equipment market. They are looking for a Planner to support the manufacturing team.

End-to-End Production Scheduling: Drive the complete manufacturing cycle by scheduling, monitoring, and finalising the approval of machine assemblies.
Order & Shipment Execution: Promptly release build orders to facilitate machine customisation and dispatch. You will also maintain scheduling grids for various build scenarios, including demo units, model conversions, equipment rotations, and standard builds.
Material Flow & Shortage Management: Secure a steady supply of materials to the factory floor. If parts are missing, you will chase buyers for updated delivery timelines and escalate any risks that could delay production or outbound shipments.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Keep daily and weekly manufacturing and shipping targets on track by closely collaborating with Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, Production, Customer Operations, and Marketing.
System Updates & Documentation: Prepare accurate shipping paperwork, track active inventory, and ensure all company ERP systems reflect the latest material availability.
Meeting Presentations: Actively share data and status reports during Master Production Schedule (MPS) syncs, weekly material shortage discussions, and quarterly business reviews.

skills and experience required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management.
Min. 1 year of working experience in Production / Material planning in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP software, Microsoft Office is a plus.
