Job Summary
You will perform daily production operations in an electronics factory, including assembly, testing, and packaging, while following quality standards and safety regulations to meet production targets efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Follow production SOP, process flow, and quality standards to assemble, test, package, mark, insert components, solder, and perform other line tasks accurately
- Operate production equipment, fixtures, tools, and measuring instruments properly, conducting daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure smooth operation
- Adhere to the production schedule to achieve required output, efficiency, and yield targets consistently
- Perform self-inspection and mutual inspection during production to identify defective products and abnormalities, reporting issues promptly to supervisors or technicians
- Comply with 5S, EHS, ESD, and workshop safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete production reports, inspection records, and material usage documentation accurately to ensure data integrity
- Follow instructions from production supervisors or team leaders, including line changes, overtime, inventory counts, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Participate actively in on-the-job training to enhance operational skills and quality awareness
- Conserve materials, consumables, and energy to minimize waste and reduce production costs
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production line operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week (Monday to Thursday: 8AM to 6PM Friday: 8AM to 5PM)
- Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays, with overtime pay calculated at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate for weekdays and 2 times for weekends
- Ability to work in an electronics factory environment and wear anti-static work clothes
- Physical ability to perform tasks without color blindness, color weakness, or conditions affecting hand steadiness or causing excessive sweating
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Secondary school or ITE education is acceptable
- Relevant experience in an electronics factory environment is an advantage

- Comprehensive Monthly Salary: SGD 2000 - 3500
