Job Summary

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to assemble, inspect, and package health supplement products while maintaining quality standards and supporting team operations in a GMP-certified manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines during production runs to ensure consistent product quality
• Assemble, inspect, and package finished products according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to verify products meet required standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and operational efficiency
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors for timely resolution
• Record production data accurately and complete relevant documentation for traceability
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to minimize downtime
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support other departments as needed to achieve production goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, or work orders
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to support equipment operation
• Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods during shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
