Production Operator / North / Immediate / Allowance+Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and manage assigned production machine(s), including setup, shutdown, loading and unloading of materials.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments to meet defined process and product specifications.

• Record and maintain production documentation, including in-process data, inspection records, calibration records, maintenance logs, and warehouse records (hardcopy and digital).

• Support sorting and sample-building activities when required, including coordination, tracking, machine operation, and documentation.

• Maintain good housekeeping practices within the work area.

• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Perform duties in a cleanroom environment in accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Rotating 3-shift schedule with shift allowance. Applicants may indicate preferred shift(s), subject to operational requirements.

  • Shift 1: 7:00am - 3:00pm

  • Shift 2: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

  • Shift 3: 11:00pm - 7:00am
