Production OPERATOR (Cell & Battery Production)

What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing machines with care and precision
- Perform simple tooling changes, daily equipment checks, and material handling
- Inspect finished cells/batteries to ensure quality and quantity standards are met
Work Schedule
Our rotating shifts are structured for balance and predictability:
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
- 4 days per week around 15 working days/month
- 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch per shift
- Optional overtime available
