Job Summary
Perform production and assembly tasks in aerospace manufacturing, ensuring product quality through precise operation of machinery, quality checks, and adherence to safety and company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform production and assembly tasks by following detailed work instructions and SOPs to meet quality standards
- Operate machinery and handle materials carefully to maintain product integrity and quality
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support efficient production and safety compliance
- Record materials and stock accurately to support inventory management and production tracking
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues
- Proactively seek clarification and report problems promptly to reduce errors and improve workflow
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or precision engineering is an advantage
- Ability to use simple measurement tools and assembly jigs (training provided)
- Good eyesight and strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and write simple English
- Reliable, responsible, and a good team player
- Willingness to learn and proactive in clarifying doubts
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Secondary School education (N/O Levels) or equivalent
