Production Operator

Job Title: Production Operator (Manufacturing- 4 Days Week
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Salary: $2,700 - $3,300 monthly (includes built-in overtime & shift allowances) + up to $25 daily shift bonus
Schedule: 4-day work week (rotating shifts average 15 shifts/month)

• Run the Show: Operate and monitor automated machinery to maintain smooth, continuous output.

• Keep it Quality: Inspect products against strict quality standards catch defects before they leave the line.

• Solve Problems: Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.

• Stay Organized: Handle materials, log production data, and work closely with your team to hit daily targets.
