Production Operator 4/3/3/4 per week)no weekends

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Equipment Operation: Operate various semiconductor manufacturing and testing equipment, including Wafer Testers/Probers, Die Testers, Sorters, Dicing, Grinders, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems, and Auto/Manual Wafer Mounters.
2. Inspection & Cleaning: Learn and proficiently use visual inspection microscopes. Responsible for cleaning surface contamination on chips and performing accurate chip defect inspections.
3. Equipment Maintenance & Improvement: Maintain normal machine operations and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM). Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations for continuous equipment improvement.
4. Quality Assurance: Strictly control product quality to ensure all shipped products fully meet quality standards and requirements.

【Job Requirements】

1. Minimum NITEC qualification. At least 1 year of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred, but highly motivated fresh graduates are also welcome.
2. Willing and able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (Day and Night).
3. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, which requires wearing full cleanroom attire (smock/bunny suit) and standing for extended periods as required by operations.
4. Familiar with the cleanroom working environment and strict adherence to 6S methodology.
5. Strong basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Basic knowledge or experience in Python will be a strong advantage.
6. Highly responsible with a positive working attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.
