Pearly Lustre is a proudly Singaporean fine jewellery brand, known for its elegant pearl creations that combine timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design. As we expand our production capabilities and operational scale, we are seeking a Production & Materials Planning Executive to strengthen our factory planning, inventory control, and supply chain operations.

The Role

This is a hands-on, operations-critical role responsible for ensuring production efficiency, material availability, and timely order fulfilment. You will work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams, using ERP systems and data-driven planning to support smooth and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor production schedules to meet sales demand and delivery timelines

• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work orders aligned with production requirements

• Execute Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely procurement and allocation of materials

• Monitor and control inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

• Analyse material usage, wastage, and consumption trends to improve efficiency and cost control

• Manage incoming and outgoing goods in coordination with suppliers and logistics partners

• Generate and analyse ERP reports for production performance, capacity planning, and material availability

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflows

• Ensure compliance with quality, operational, and cost-control standards

Requirements & Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in production planning and materials management

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)

• Solid understanding of BOMs, work orders, MRP, and materials analysis

• Hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse/materials management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP reporting tools

• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly organised

• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
