Position Overview:

The Production Manager (Warehouse Operation) is responsible for leading and managing all daily warehouse activities, including inbound, storage, outbound, quality check, inventory control, and people management. This role ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, safety, and compliance while supporting production and customer requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of goods.
  • Manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Manage daily order release, picking accuracy, packing quality, and shipment preparation.
  • Ensure outbound shipments meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and material flow for better productivity and safety.
  • Lead cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
  • Optimize manpower and workflow to support production peaks.
  • Oversee daily order execution to meet SLAs.
  • Ensure warehouse operations follow safety, quality, and EHS guidelines.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (ISO, ESD, documentation standards).
  • Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 510 years of experience in electronics warehouse operations, production workflow, or related environment.
  • Good knowledge of ESD, MSL, traceability, and electronics component handling will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
