Naturepack Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and hands-on Food Production Manager to lead our food production workshop / central kitchen operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and cost control, while supporting product innovation and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee daily and weekly production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
Optimize manpower, materials, and workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
Supervise food preparation, processing, packaging, and inventory control.
Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and internal SOPs.
Maintain product consistency through recipe standardization and quality checks.
Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation of production records.
Lead R&D initiatives, including new recipe development and product prototyping.
Refine and optimize recipes for taste, cost efficiency, and operational feasibility.
Scale recipes from pilot batches to high-volume production while maintaining quality standards.
Train, mentor, and manage production staff to drive performance and accountability.
Monitor food costs, yields, and inventory accuracy.
Requirement
At least 5+ years experience in kitchen, food production, manufacturing, or equivalent, including supervisory roles
Strong expertise in food safety, recipe standardization, and scaling for high-volume output.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments as a hands-on leader.
