Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full production operations across machining, welding, painting, and assembly.
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily output and performance targets.
- Supervise and assign tasks, monitor work progress, and enforce manufacturing procedures and policies.
- Resolve technical and operational issues, implement preventive measures, and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained and operating according to schedules.
Job Requirements
- Min diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in production management.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, manpower planning, and production workflows.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
