Job Description

  1. Manage production line to maintain the highest level of quality in accordance with Singapore Food Association (SFA) rules and regulations.
  2. Able to improve overall standards and achieve international certifications, e.g. HACCP.
  3. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  4. Conduct regular audit checks.
  5. Update inventory list regularly to increase overall production efficiency and reduce wastages.
  6. Maintain the highest level of quality assurance.
  7. A team player and communicate well with other departments.
