Production Manager (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in metal door, timber door, hardware and related works
• Understand shop drawing and fabrication drawing
• Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site
• Plays a critical role in overseeing the entire manufacturing process from start to finish
• Manage the daily production operations of the production line
• Responsible for ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality control, optimizing workflow
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce material wastage costs
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials
• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Job Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in door industry
• Able to work overtime
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
