Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on CNC Programmer Manager to lead our CNC programming and machining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient CNC programs, optimizing machining processes, and managing the programming team to ensure high-quality and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CNC programming team and provide technical guidance.
• Develop, modify and optimize CNC programs for CNC milling/turning machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient in using Mastercam - version 2024.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling and machining process.
• Able to contruct and develop 3D drawing.
• Willing to work for long hours and under high pressure for urgent jobs.
• Able to work independently and manage ,ultiple projects and priorities.
• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevent CNC programming experience, preferable in precision machining.
• Salary range depends on experience and skill set from $6000-$7000.
