Production Lead

. Responsible for production and quality control processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

. Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.

. Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.

. Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed.

. Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.

. Prepare, review, improve and conduct training for SOP, Work Instruction, Safe Work Procedure.

. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

. Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes.

. Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.

. Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner.

. Monitor consumable inventory levels, forecast & raise PR.

. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

. Collaborate with project team, quality control, warehouse and other staff.

. Review, improve and enforce workplace safety rules accordingly to WSH regulation.

. Attend on-site meeting and discussion.

Qualifications

. Min. diploma in Engineering related field.

. Holds forklift licence ( optional )

. Holds class 3 or above driving licence. ( optional )

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

. Min. 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

. Knowledge of production processes and equipment.

. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

. Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.

. Preferably experience in Quality Management System (QMS) related to ISO9001 and/or API is advantage.

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP systems.

. Hands-on & willing to learn new skills.

. Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

. Good problem-solving skills.

. Experience in Semi-con, Electronics Contract Manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas Industry are welcome.
