Internship: (Full-time, 5 days a week, 36 months)
Role Overview
You will primarily assist our In-House Producer in the pre-production phase of upcoming passion and commercial projects, while also supporting the wider team with day-to-day production needs. This is a very hands-on role!
You'll learn how a boutique production company functions behind the scenes: development, logistics, creative planning, and on-set support.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production Support (Main Focus)
Research for upcoming film and digital projects (locations, references, vendors, casting, props, etc.)
Assist in preparing decks, mood boards, and visual references
Help with production paperwork (call sheets, schedules, release forms, contact lists)
Coordinate basic logistics (availability checks, booking support, follow-ups)
Support casting coordination (shortlists, talent comms)
Creative Development Support
Script formatting and version tracking
Reference gathering (visual, tonal, cultural, storytelling)
Production Operations
Equipment checklists and basic gear coordination
Organising shared drives and file systems
General problem-solving tasks that come up in production
On-Set Support (When Required)
Assisting the producer or AD team during shoots
Talent and crew coordination support
Ensuring documents, releases, and materials are accounted for

Have used Google suite (eg Docs/Sheets/Drive) & productivity sites (eg Notion) extensively.
Have basic knowledge of film sets or production roles
Have done student films or production-related work
Duration & Commitment
36 months preferred
Flexible schedule depending on project cycles
Shoots may involve long days when active
