Production & Facilities Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning, Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance
. Perform routine mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing of all production areas, corridors, and support zones to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
. Wash and sanitise production equipment, workstations, tools, and surfaces in accordance with established cleaning procedures and schedules.
. Clean and maintain common areas, pantry, washrooms, and storage zones to ensure a hygienic working environment.
. Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
. Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the Production Supervisor.
. Support facility upkeep activities, including minor maintenance tasks as directed.

Material Handling & Logistics Support
. Carry, move, and transfer raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and finished goods between production areas, storage zones, and loading bays.
. Handle heavy items safely in accordance with workplace safety guidelines and manual handling procedures.
. Receive incoming deliveries, verify against delivery orders, and assist with unpacking and proper storage.
. Ensure proper labelling and organisation of materials in designated storage areas.
. Assist with inventory checks and stock counts as directed by the Production Supervisor.

Production Support
. Assist the production team with pre-production preparation activities, including setup of materials, tools, and workstations.
. Support operators during production processes by providing materials and consumables as needed.
. Assist in packing, labelling, and simple assembly tasks as directed.
. Perform post-production cleanup activities, including breakdown and cleaning of production setups.

Cleanroom Support (Light Duties)
. Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities in cleanroom-adjacent areas and, when required, within the ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment under supervision.
. Adhere to gowning procedures and PPE requirements when entering controlled environments.
. Maintain cleanliness standards within controlled areas, including wiping down surfaces, mopping floors, and cleaning equipment exteriors.
. Follow contamination control measures and cleanroom behavioural protocols at all times.

Documentation & Compliance
. Complete basic production and cleaning log sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
. Report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or deviations to the Production Supervisor immediately.
. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety regulations.
. Comply with GMP, ISO, and workplace safety requirements applicable to the production environment.

General
. Support the team with ad-hoc operational duties asassigned by the Production Supervisor.
. Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, andtraining sessions as required.
. Maintain a cooperative and professional working attitude within the production team.

Working Location and Working Hours
. Tukang Innovation Grove
. Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4.30pm
