Responsibilities but not limited to the following: . Manage Production operation and optimize manpower utilization. . In-charge of logistic coordination, invoicing and billing for tolling activities . Provide first line of support to mitigate to production / warehouse / logistics issues . Identifying process capabilities, develop, optimize and implement new technology to improve throughput. . Manage sub-contractors in engaging their services and ensure safety rules are enforced during their course of work . Prepare or execute technical studies and process validation assessments, protocols, and reports . Participate in Process Safety Assessments . Ensure production safety requirements are implemented and followed accordingly . Assist in the development and upgrading of Quality Management System . Assist and contribute in Production / Engineering / Warehouse improvement initiatives . Assist Engineering to provide first line of technical support . Contribute to Identification of production / engineering root cause, implement corrective and preventive measures . Assist in Import coordination and ensure RM delivery to meet shipment schedule . Assist in planning and execution of production schedule, waste management, documentation and System Transection entries. . Assist in technology transfer and implementation of new equipment and technologies . Assist in execution of training program, setting up of documentation and procedural control for current and new equipment . Assist in the implementation and function of continuous improvement program . Assist in develop maintenance plan for all process-related equipment and oversee that the plan is executed effectively . Assist in resolving 3rd party logistic and tolling activities for daily operations . Perform other duties as assigned by HOD.
