Production Executive

. Coordinate and monitor fabrication and production schedules for carpentry, metal, and other fit-out components.

. Liaise with the factory, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of produced items.

. Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy of production drawings before fabrication.

. Follow up on material procurement, cutting lists, and shop drawings to ensure readiness for production.

. Monitor production progress and update management on any delays, changes, or technical issues.

. Perform regular site visits to ensure fit-out items are delivered, installed, and aligned with design specifications.

. Assist with quality checks on manufactured items before site delivery.

. Maintain good documentation of production schedules, delivery notes, and installation progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Production operations, supply chain, engineering, architecture or engineering fields.
• Fresh grad with positive working attitude are welcome to apply.
