Production Engineering Assistant

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

• Oversee technical support.
• Conduct equipment/process qualifications as needed.
• Perform daily checks on machine performance and product/WIP quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement remedies.
• Report and document major product failures.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance.
• Monitor calibration and servicing schedules.
• Coordinate with production team on schedules, improvements, audits, and stock takes.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Possess technical troubleshooting skill.
• Available for monthly rotating shifts (alternating between day and night shifts 8:00 AM-5:30 PM or 8:00 PM-5:30 AM)
• Work in cleanroom environment (Required to wear cleanroom uniform).
