Production Engineer

Optimized the plant capacity and utilized trucks fleet efficiently

. Check and ensure that the plant is in good operational condition

. Check, indent, control and record the in-coming material, out-going material and

stock levels

. Ensure that the material received is in accordance to the requested product and

quantity

. Prepare Daily Production Report

. Assist in coordinating maintenance work of plant and machineries

. Delegates work to subordinates and ensure the works are carried out satisfactory

. Manage and control subordinates overtime

. To assist and attend to problems at plant and complaints by customer tactfully

. To ensure products conformity and production control system are in place

. To monitor product performance

. Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.
