Production Engineer (Woodlands)

Location:Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm/ Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm (5.5 days)
Salary:Up to $4,500

Responsibilities

. Manage and supervise factory fabrication activities for skid systems and piping works.

. Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.

. Oversee quality control processes, including material checks, dimensional verification, welding inspections, torque testing, and final product validation.

. Ensure products meet required quality standards before shipment.

. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to support smooth project execution.

. Handle material requisitions based on Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure timely supply.

. Uphold safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.

. Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and factory performance.

. Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related field.

. Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in production or fabrication. (on job training will be provided)

. Familiar with QA/QC processes and industry standards.

. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
