Job Description
Job Description:
- Overall in charge of site coordination.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the project.
- Monitor and control the general workers deployment on-site.
- Manage job costing against the work scope.
- Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
- Assigns,monitors and controls the daily activities of the staff.
- Monitor and review the performance of assigned personnel to ensure efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 03 years of related work experience in a similar capacity in the industry.
- Able to multi-task and work within tight schedules and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Team player and good communication skills with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and site staff.
