Join our team as a Production Engineer and gain hands-on exposure to production support, process improvement, validation, and quality-driven manufacturing.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and making a real impact on manufacturing performance and product quality.

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily engineering support to ensure smooth, stable, and compliant production operations.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, tooling, and assembly-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Drive yield, productivity, cycle time, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
• Support engineering changes, production ramp-up, capacity planning, and manufacturing readiness.
• Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Tooling, and customers to resolve manufacturing challenges.

Who we're looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing engineering, or medical device manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems, ISO 13485, GMP, process validation, or Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
