Job Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower, materials and machinery to meet delivery targets.
Review production progress, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues affecting output and delivery.
Coordinate with Design, QA, Sales and Production teams to clarify engineering drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
Plan material requirements and follow up on availability to keep production on schedule.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, manpower utilisation and product quality.
Guide supervisors and production teams on assembly methods, workmanship and quality standards.
Coordinate corrective actions for defects and rework, ensuring outstanding issues are resolved.
Liaise with subcontractors on production schedules, technical matters and workmanship.
Support workplace safety, equipment maintenance and daily departmental operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in production planning, material planning or manufacturing operations.
