Responsibilities
- Overseeing production: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and meeting production targets.
- Quality and safety: Monitoring and enforcing quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving: Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting issues in production and equipment.
- Team and process management: Training and supervising production operators, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintaining production records, preparing reports, and documenting processes.
- Continuous improvement: Assisting with initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidate must be open for 5.5 Working Days (Alternate Saturdays in Pasir Ris)
- Candidates who have experience in production manufacturing for building producst and construction systems is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
