Production Engineer (L3 Production Support, Data Platform)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Engineer to ensure the operational stability of Kafka and Qlik platforms within a mission-critical production environment.

This role is focused on L3 production support, platform monitoring, and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Kafka and Qlik platforms
• Monitor systems, investigate alerts, and resolve production incidents
• Perform Unix/Linux troubleshooting (logs, processes, scheduling, performance)
• Execute production changes following ITIL and change management processes
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and global operations teams

Requirements

• 56 years of experience in IT Production Support / Operations
• Strong Unix/Linux expertise (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Kerberos environment preferred)
• Experience with Qlik Data Integration
• Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and monitoring experience
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace)
• Banking or regulated environment experience is a strong advantage
