Job Description & Requirements
- To check on the floor area and report any transgression.
- In-charge of the factory safety /environment, company property and ISO certification.
- Ensure all the stock card for every product in the store is updated every day.
- Conduct meeting and update the staff on the changes.
- Ensure the company inventories, tools and consumables goods for production and others.
- Ensure that all materials release to any staff must be properly documented in the material Requisition Form.
- Ensure that all outgoing goods are properly documented before leaving the premises everyday
- Proper housekeeping of the premises at all time.
- To take remedial action on the shortages of the material and goods.
- Ensure that all goods are ship out according to the schedule.
- Take remedial action of any malfunction of items received from suppliers.
- All other jobs assigned by the Manager
Requirements
. Degree/Diploma in engineering.
. Experience with CAD software.
. Proficiency in MS Office.
. Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
