Additive Flight Solutions Pte Ltd is Singapore-based EASA approved Aerospace Production organisation. Our mission is to be in the forefront of the Commercial Aerospace Aftermarket supply chain transformation with Additive Manufacturing and ULTEM thermoplastic Aerospace AM Gold Standard. We are building DIGITAL INVENTORY of Aircraft Cabin and Seat parts, by Reverse Engineering, 3D printing & painting, Part certification for Cabin modifications and approval for Airwirthiness.
AFS is part of a Global Aerospace AM Group (AM Craft) with Production facilities in Dubai, Europe, and network in USA, and growing. We fabricate and supply Cabin parts to multiple airlines globally, including Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Air France, Air India, Scoot, Finnair, Ethiopian and others. We supply parts and tools to Aerospace OEMs, such as Safran, Collins, Pratt & Whitney. Singapore team is small (<5 pax.).
We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer, with deep understanding of Aerospace EASA/FAA regulations, who can be in the forefront of building Cabin parts Digital Inventory, Reverse engineering legacy parts, fit-checking new AM parts on the Aircraft, and leading the Fabrication process for our Customers Airlines, MROs and OEMs.
Your Duties Will Include
- Become proficient with Additive Manufacturing with FDM and design guidelines.
- Lead the Minor Change projects with Airline Cabin Engineers and DO certifying staff.
- Scout ever increasing number of Cabin parts for Additive manufacturing, visiting MRO hangars in South-east Asia region.

Other Requirements
5.1. Very good English both written and verbal.
5.2. Proficient with Solidworks.
5.3. Good understanding of Quality Management systems and EASA/FAA regulations.
5.4. Track-record working in Aerospace is a requirement.
5.5. Track-record in Additive manufacturing, Smart manufacturing is prefered.
5.6. Highly punctual when working with EASA/FAA documentation.
5.7. Good communication skills, and can do attitude.
5.8. Advisable to have a Technical degree in mechanical engineering.
