Production Engineer

Job Description:

- Supervision of production works involving explosives, pyrotechnics and chemicals.

- Plan and co-ordinate, allocation of works for daily production activities.

- Plan and co-ordinate equipment/ material required for daily production needs.

- Supervise and train workers to work in the production floor.

- Ensure production works are carried out in accordance to the specifications, quality standards.

- Co-ordinates with related departments i.e. quality control, production control, process, chemist, purchasing, safety, admin, store and etc on plant activities.

- Co-ordinates and control contractors if required for activities in the plant.

- Supervise, and ensure production works are carried out within the time allocated and supervise submissions for operator's time sheets, material request, and training forms. etc.

- Submission of summary of time and material usage daily to management for approval.

- Accountability of explosive and EUC items.

- Conduct testing, disposal of ammunitions and tasks that assigned by immediate supervisor.

- Ensure all plant's equipment and tooling in servicing condition, to conduct preventive maintenance, to prepare OWI and risk assessment and any other documents required.

Job Requirements:

- Degrees/ Diploma in any engineering fields

- Professional in SAP, Excel, Words, Power point and etc.

- Ability to work well within the existing team dynamics and communication style

- Good communication. teamwork, and problem-solving skills
