Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analysing existing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity while minimizing costs.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality in manufactured products is paramount. Develop and implement quality control measures, conduct thorough inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues swift
- Manage resources effectively, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to maximize output while adhering to budgetary constraints and sustainability goals.o Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, lead initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, cost saving, reduce waste, and optimize overall efficiency
- Prioritizing the well-being of personnel and compliance with regulatory standards, you establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as automation, robotics, and data analytics, drive the integration of advanced systems into production processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilitscalability
- When issues arise, employ analytical skills to diagnose root causes, devise effective solutions, and implement corrective actions swiftly, minimizing downtime and disruptions to production schedules.
- Effective communication and collaboration with departments such as R&D, supply chain, and maintenance are essential to align production objectives with broader organizational goals and drive synergy across functions.
- Investing in the development of production personnel, provide training, mentorship, and skill enhancement programs to empower employees, foster a culture of learning, and cultivate a high-performance team.
- Maintaining accurate records, compiling performance metrics, and generating insightful reports enable data-driven decision-making, facilitate process transparency, and support strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Able to work Independently with Strong Work Commitment
- Possess Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skill
