Job Description

Working Location: Boon Lay

Working Hours: 6-day work week (48 hours/week, including weekends and public holidays) | Rotating shifts (9am to 6pm / 12pm to 10.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings.
  • Ensure all products are produced with consistency and in accordance with the manual and the central kitchen processing SOP.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and cleaned properly according to the food safety standards and procedures.
  • Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required temperature.
  • Basic housekeeping of the central kitchen.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to read and write English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of experience as a pastry chef or as a central kitchen pastry staff.
  • Able to stand long hours and work in a chilled room (temperature: 15 degrees).
  • Team player, positive and passionate about confectionery.
  • Work Location: Boon Lay
