Production Coordinator (Entry Level / Training Provided)

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support our production planning and coordination activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production schedules and monitor delivery timelines
• Update production status, WIP schedules and estimated delivery dates
• Coordinate with Production, customers and subcontractors
• Assist with production and delivery documentation
• Prepare Delivery Orders
• Follow up on job progress to ensure schedules are met
• Perform general production coordination and administrative duties

Requirements:

• No prior experience required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to learn
• Basic computer skills
