Production Coordinator (Bukit Batok)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication from initial brief to final close-out. Collaborate with various departmental managers (Audio, Video, Lighting, Staging) to align design and technical deliverables effectively. Oversee project financial health by working with department managers to create budgets, obtain quotes, and track expenses post-approval. Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and vendors, enhancing service based on core values. Manage complex logistics involving vendor partners, venues, and internal teams alongside departmental managers. Proactively supervise on-site activities during setup and teardown to minimize project risks. Assist the Technical Manager in enforcing compliance and safety protocols for on-ground teams. Produce high-quality documentation including schedules, run sheets, technical requirements, risk assessments, and method statements. Support the technical layout development by collaborating with department managers to create drawings in Vectorworks or Autodesk AutoCAD as necessary. Ensure prompt preparation of all internal payment documents to facilitate timely vendor settlements.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools such as Monday.com experience with Vectorworks and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects independently. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends a Class 3 License is preferred, and willingness to travel for overseas assignments is mandatory.
