The Production Controller plays a pivotal role in transforming sales orders into realized revenue by strategically synchronizing production capacity, material availability, process readiness, quality assurance, and subcontracting execution
This role owns production planning, capacity balancing, delivery commitment and cross-functional coordination.
- Production Capacity Planning
- Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Cross-Functional Coordination and oversee Production Operations
- On-Time Delivery (OTD) Ownership
- Resource & Operational Planning
- Facilities, Safety & Quality Compliance
- Carry out other jobs and tasks required by superior or Management
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- 2-5 years of supervisory or production planning experience in precision machining
- Strong leadership in coordinating production staff and enforcing workplace discipline
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively across shopfloor and process/engineering teams
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to output goals
- Experienced in ERP platforms such as SAP
