Production control & Shipping Executive

• Location: Raffles Place
• Working hours: 09:00 to 17:40 (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: up to $2,800 (depending on experience)
• AWS + VB provided

Job Description:

Production Control (Primary Responsibility)

1. Prepare production planning lists for overseas manufacturing sites and register data in the core system (SAP)
2. Receive and review advance production requests from group companies
3. Coordinate and adjust delivery schedules for both planned production items and advance production items
4. Prepare various reports for internal use and for reporting to group companies
5. Perform other related production control duties as assigned

Shipping (Secondary Responsibility)

1. Prepare and distribute shipping invoices
2. Prepare freight payment statements and consolidate payment results
3. Register shipment schedules in the shipping schedule system (SAP)
4. Maintain and manage documentation such as basic transaction agreements and invoices
5. Perform other related shipping and logistics duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform general functions and tasks efficiently
• No prior experience required in Purchasing we welcome candidates with or without purchasing experience. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes is essential.Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors.
• Fluent in Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin-speaking team workers
