Key Responsibilities

Manage SPI & NPI Build Plan Cycle

Responsible for Product Transition process.

Minimize P&L impact.

Responsible for NPI responsiveness

Manage LTB (Last Time Buy) process to insure operational responsiveness to future demands with minimum P&L impact

Responsible for SSG & WWOPs knowledge sharing, BKM engagement.

Own internal & external audits preparation.

Responsible for corporate BU dBs administration.

Own multi-products high level planning.

Manage high level program in terms of new processes and initiatives.

Inventory Management- Analyzes usage data and stock levels to support business demands.

Develop Inventory AOP.

Lead inventory reduction activities.

Set up new inventory management systems and modify existing systems.

Be key member in company-wide, multi level, collaborative decision making processes, reaching to the top levels in the business.

Participate over cross functions, complex projects that will drive for efficient processes.

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Business Expertise

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
