Production Control Manager

The Production Control Manager role plays a key part in driving operational optimisation and ensuring stable operations at a 24-hour oil refining plant. Based at the company's production site in Singapore, the position oversees production control activities while coordinating with departments across the plant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production control operations at a 24-hour operating oil refining plant

• Support the Production Control Manager (Head of Production Control)

• Develop and manage production plans and monitor progress

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and promote continuous improvement initiatives

• Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the plant

Requirements

• Ability to undergo approximately 6 months of training in Japan

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role in the food or cosmetics industry

• Business-level English proficiency for internal communication
