What You Will Do *

To develop overall repair schedule for jobs
To coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth flow of repair procedures and internal process.
To check and follow up on purchase and sub-con parts
To load, print and release route card to Shop
To track job schedule and ensure Shop finishes the repair work scope within customer expectation
To close the job in ERP system and ensure all material and labour costing are accounted.
Analyze job cost and feedback to team on any discrepancy on material, labor cost and gross profit margin.
To be responsible for inventory management and control.
Understand the repair process and capable of expediting the completion of job to meet customer requirements.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.
Manage and track turnaround time (TAT) and Day in house (DIH).

Qualifications We Prefer

Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or relevant fields
Minimum 4 years of production scheduling in an aerospace MRO environment.

Special Skill Sets / Technical Knowledge & Skills:

Good work attitude and a team player
Good communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Use of computer tools
Knowledge of SAP
Able to use Microsoft Office software
