What You Will Do *
- To develop overall repair schedule for jobs
- To coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth flow of repair procedures and internal process.
- To check and follow up on purchase and sub-con parts
- To load, print and release route card to Shop
- To track job schedule and ensure Shop finishes the repair work scope within customer expectation
- To close the job in ERP system and ensure all material and labour costing are accounted.
- Analyze job cost and feedback to team on any discrepancy on material, labor cost and gross profit margin.
- To be responsible for inventory management and control.
- Understand the repair process and capable of expediting the completion of job to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.
- Manage and track turnaround time (TAT) and Day in house (DIH).
- Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or relevant fields
- Minimum 4 years of production scheduling in an aerospace MRO environment.
- Good work attitude and a team player
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Use of computer tools
- Knowledge of SAP
- Able to use Microsoft Office software
