Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor chemical production equipment such as reactors, mixers, pumps, and filtration systems.
- Assist in equipment calibration and report mechanical issues to maintenance teams.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch production records.
- Starting up and shutting down process under the direction of supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- A good team player with positive working attitude
- 5.5days work week or 12hrs shift
- Able to work in thermal heat environment
