Production Assistant Technician– US MNC (Woodlands, 12-hr Shift)

Employment Type: 12 months Contract, Renewable
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 12 Hours Shift (Rotating)

Responsibilities:

.Perform daily tool sustaining activities, including loading/unloading components such as FOUPs with wafers, reticles, and chemical bottles.

.Conduct basic alarm recovery to ensure equipment uptime.

.Assist the maintenance team to dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, sketches, or drawings.

.Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and troubleshooting.

.Rebuild and modify manufacturing equipment as directed by engineers.

.Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance initiatives to maximize tool performance.

Requirements:

.Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and on 12-hour shift.

.Basic knowledge of alarm recovery, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting.

.Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance is preferred.

.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
