Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager to supervise employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity.

Able to handle Seafood. Process raw ingredients, cutting and slicing of fishes, etc.

Able to work with minimum supervision.

Able to work in cold room temperature.

Ensure work safety, hygiene are followed. Products manufactured comply with food safety standards.

Requirements:

Have relevant experience in seafood processing is required.

Candidates are required to handle heavy products.
