Freelance Production Assistant Singapore (Catalyst Haus)
Catalyst Haus is setting up in Singapore this October for a series of premium content productions and VIP activations around Token2049 and the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Were seeking a reliable and energetic freelance production assistant based in Singapore to support our on-site operations.
What Youll Do
- Assist with photo and video shoots: setup, lighting, sound, and equipment management
- Support event activations (cocktail receptions, VIP dinners, DJ-led events) including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Help coordinate talent, crew, and schedules to ensure productions run smoothly and on time
- Run errands, manage documents/releases, and handle day-of logistics
- Provide flexible, proactive support to producers and creative directors in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Based in Singapore and available during October 18, 2025 (flexible across these dates)
- Previous production or event assistant experience preferred (film, fashion, agency, or live events)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Quick problem solver with a professional, polished demeanor
- Comfortable working in a high-profile, luxury-focused environment
Compensation
This is a freelance/contract role. Please include your day rate or hourly rate in your application.
