Production and General Supervisor

• Experience in sheet metal work, HVAC, or fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with fabrication tools (shears, brakes, welders, drills).
• Strong measurement, cutting, and assembly skills.
• Understanding of HVAC principles and safety protocols.
• Basic IT skills (Excel, company software like CAD software).
• Proficiency in various welding techniques for duct installation.
• Excellent leadership, communication skills, oversees teams, schedules, quality, and production.

Delivery fulfilment

• Check and prepares items for delivery
• Process delivery documentation
• Fulfil daily delivery orders
• Ensure all delivery orders are duly signed and acknowledged receipt

Requirement

• Application need to have at least 5 years of operations management experience
• Good knowledge in driving warehouse improvement initiative
• Good customer service and communication skill
• Good team player
• Must possess at least Class 4 / 5 Singapore Driving License
• Must possess forklift driving license
