Job Summary

Combines responsibilities related to managing the production process of goods or services, people management and ensuring that the production complies with GMP regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve the production plan and daily reporting in collaboration with the VP Manufacturing
• Ensure production QC performs and documents all in-process tests in compliance with the Quality Management System and cGMP standards
• Lead and conduct cGMP and production quality activities including reviewing and amending SOPs, following up and closing CAPAs, validating products and processes, and reviewing production and machine records
• Maintain accurate waste tracking and downtime records, ensuring timely completion of all production department documents with data integrity compliance
• Assist in stock counts and manage work-in-progress inventory effectively
• Conduct safety and cGMP-related trainings and drills alongside team members to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain good housekeeping, staff safety, and timely updates of production reports support production achievement tracking aligned with demand and planning
• Coordinate with other departments on document management, staffing needs, and consumable material requirements
• Support employee-related matters including assisting in performance reviews
• Ensure complete and accurate system entry and reporting of production data with production QC support
• Assist in preparing quotations and shopping carts for production equipment and parts purchasing related to repairs and maintenance

Requirements

Degreein science / Supply chain management or relevant field with minimum 3 years ofexperience in manufacturing / Quality Assurance environment.

1. Production management, documentmanagement, manufacturing, or a related field, with a proven track record ofprogressively increasing responsibility.

2. Experience in managing productionteams and overseeing manufacturing processes.

3. In-depth understanding of production processes, validations, SOP, QMSstandards, GDP, GMP guidelines, lean manufacturing principles, and bestpractices for optimizing production efficiency.

4. Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

5. A commitment to maintaining a safeand compliant work environment, including knowledge of safety regulations andprotocols.

6. The capability to adapt to changes inproduction requirements, technology, and industry trends.

7. Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control methodologies andtools.
