A Production Administrator provides administrative support to a production department, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation. They manage production schedules, records, and interdepartmental communication, while also supporting procurement processes and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management:Develop, manage, and update production schedules, ensuring all team members are aware of deadlines and rehearsal times.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records, including contracts, schedules, and contact lists.
- Documentation:Prepare and manage production-related documents, such as labels and manufacturing documents.
- Communication:Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring information is accurately conveyed.
- Inventory Management:Monitor and manage production inventory, including raw materials, finished goods, and packaging.
- Procurement:Support the procurement process, including ordering materials and arranging transport.
- Data Entry:Collect and enter production data, including raw material withdrawal records and finished goods production.
- Quality Control:Ensure production output data are accurate and perform monitoring checks, as well as verifying compliance with quality standards.
