Position Overview:
Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Technical Executive will act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Aftersales and customer support by translating complex technical specifications into customer-facing value propositions. You will lead deep-dive technical discussions, diagnose sophisticated system-level issues and attend overseas technical training in view of becoming the highest level of technical authority for our automotive products.
Responsibilities:
Acts as the subject matter expert for our automotive products and it's derivative (e.g. Battery Management Systems, ADAS controllers, In-Vehicle Infotainment, etc.)
Translate customer requirements & feedback into detailed technical product requests for OEM's implementation
Support sales and business development teams by delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations and technical deep-dives
Serve as primary technical point of contact for key accounts during the development and launch phases
Lead complex technical troubleshooting for issues escalated from the field or manufacturing.
Coordinate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
Gather and synthesize Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to inform the product roadmap.
Benchmark competitor products and emerging technologies (e.g., AI in autonomous driving, 800V architectures) to maintain competitive advantage.
Manage technical documentation, including application notes, user manuals, and training materials.
Develop and deliver advanced technical training for internal teams (sales, support, field service) and external partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
Ideally having some working experience in the automotive business or product-related sectors
Deep understanding of electric vehicle powertrain, software and related components
Highly motivated team player with an open/growth mindset
Having a strong analytical and debugging mindset are a must
Ideally someone who is detailed oriented and possesses good communication skills
Highly competent in MS Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
Possess a Valid Class 3 driving license
