We are hiring multiple Product Lead roles within a mission-driven technology organisation operating at national scale. These roles offer the opportunity to shape product strategy, build and scale high-performing Product teams, and shape products that solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes. The specific product domain and scope will vary by role.
Responsibilities:
- Set and drive product vision, strategy, and long-term direction for your product area
- Lead and develop Product Managers, providing clear direction, mentoring, coaching, and feedback
- Build and scale high-performing Product teams and strengthen product management practices
- Own product roadmaps, prioritisation, and key product decisions
- Lead products through 0→1 development and/or significant scaling and transformation
- Use customer research, data, experimentation, and feedback to inform product strategy and decisions
- Navigate ambiguity and complex product challenges, making sound decisions in situations where there may be no obvious answer
- Identify product, technical, and execution risks early and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints when making product decisions
- Influence and develop Product Managers while building alignment across engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders
- Drive a strong culture of product thinking, continuous learning, and outcome-focused delivery
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 10 years of product leadership and product strategy experience, with a track record of shaping product direction beyond day-to-day execution
- Previous people management experience, including the ability to lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling Product teams and developing product management capabilities
- Experience building products from 0→1 and/or significantly scaling existing products
- Strong experience defining product vision, long-term strategy, roadmaps, and prioritisation
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to use research, data, and customer feedback to make product decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
